Connecting with the Community: Reaching Out and Making a Difference

United Utilities have been working tirelessly to deepen their connections within local communities. By partnering with organisations like Jobcentre Plus and supporting local events, they’ve been able to reach more people who need assistance with water affordability and bill management.

The outreach team at United Utilities has been actively engaging with the community throughout the region, attending events such as Pride, Operation Respect, and local fun days to connect directly with customers who might not always feel comfortable picking up the phone. Meeting face-to-face has allowed them to break down barriers and share essential information about the support available, including the Priority Services scheme and practical tips on using water wisely to reduce utility bills.

Upcoming Events: Connecting with More Communities
