Free Event - Measuring Impact in Rural Communities

On Wednesday, 19 October 2022, the RSN will co-host ‘Measuring Impact in Rural Communities’, with the Social Value Engine team

Exclusive to RSN members, this free event offers a practical introduction to social value and how measuring it can help you to demonstrate the full impact of your activities.

During the 90 minutes, we will offer a light-touch overview of what social value is and how you can measure it effectively using a simple tool called the Social Value Engine.

Three RSN members will also present case studies that demonstrate the merits of social value assessment regardless of the size of the project or the sector in which you operate. A Question & Answer session with the speakers will then follow.

Registration for the event is now open

The full programme will be published in the coming weeks – and we will publish these details in coming newsletters and website articles.

The RSN is running this event with support from the Social Value Engine team, which comprises East Riding of Yorkshire Council and Rose Regeneration who together bring 30 years of local authority, rural/economic development and evaluation experience.

RSN members who register for this event will be offered a discount on access to the Social Value Engine if taken up by 19 November 2022.

The Social Value Engine is one of only two software tools accredited by Social Value International. To find out more about it, please click below to watch a short 3-minute video:

The Social Value Engine is currently used by over sixty voluntary, community, private and public sector organisations based across the UK.
