Mova is wholly owned by the UK mobile network operators EE, Three, Virgin Media O2 and Vodafone. Mova is the operating brand for Digital Mobile Spectrum Limited (DMSL).

Mova manages and runs the Shared Rural Network (SRN) programme, which has made 4G mobile coverage available to 95% of the UK a year ahead of its original end-of-2025 target. It continues to bring significant improvements to coverage for rural communities and delivers long-term investment in the UK’s digital economy.  

We provide reporting and tracking information for the four MNOs, DSIT and Ofcom. We have a leading role on all external communications and stakeholder engagement, working closely with the MNOs and their trade body, Mobile UK.
